Interior Styling Consultation

Feeling stuck on a design for your space? This service is for clients seeking creative direction for their home project. During the consultation, we provide expert advice on how to enhance your home's look and feel.  Once we discuss your needs, we will evaluate your space by reviewing your current layout, lighting, furniture and existing décor.  We then provide recommendations (i.e. suggested color schemes, furniture, textiles, accessories & styling techniques to improve cohesion and visual appeal).  Lastly we will create a plan offering guidance on how to implement the changes. Interior Styling Service

Need hands on assistance updating your space but don’t want to commit to a full renovation? This service involves professionally curating and arranging furniture, décor, and accessories to enhance your space’s overall aesthetic and functionality.  We start with a Style Assessment to understand your taste, lifestyle, and goals for the space.  After understanding your needs we develop a plan that typically includes Space Planning to optimize furniture placement and flow, Color and Material selection, Sourcing and Procurement (i.e. selecting & purchasing furniture, artwork, lighting, & accessories) and Installation and Styling where we arrange the furniture, place décor, and add finishing touches to create a cohesive and polished look. There is a flat rate for this service.  Please inquire for pricing details.

Occupied Staging Consultation

Selling your home while still living in it? We assist in presenting your home in the best way possible positioning you to enter the market as strong as possible. Our consultation consists of a full home walk through, suggested updates, repairs, space planning and furniture arrangements. Starting at $400 up to 2 hours.

Our design process

  • 01 / Step one

    Introductory Call: This is a 30 minute virtual meeting meant to be informational. We take this opportunity to learn about the project and review our process with you.

  • 02 / Step Two

    Site Visit Consult: During this time we help you define the scope of the project and your style. We discuss budget considerations and timeline for the project.

  • 03 / Step three

    Design & Implementation Plan: Once the scope, budget, and style have been determined, the real fun begins! The research of items, designing and room planning will take place.

  • 04 / Step four

    Installation: Once design and items are selected and approved, ordered and arrive on site, installation date will be scheduled.

    An on site consultation will be scheduled to review and provide a comprehensive plan that can allow you to prepare the home on your own. If you require further hands on assistance, let us know as we can assist with the full occupied staging as well. Additional fees apply.

  • Interior Design

    We begin with a 30 minute Introductory Call to discuss your project needs, review our process with you and answer any questions you may have.

    An on site consultation will be scheduled. This service includes two site visits. During this time we discuss the scope, style, budget and goals for your project. We assist with guidance in design decisions, answer color questions, furniture arrangements and selections, all things styling and provide direction to implement the design on your own.

  • Scope of work and contract will be sent 24-48hrs after the introductory call.

  • Designer will start working on project as soon as deposit is made unless indicated otherwise.

  • Typical lead time is 2-3 weeks unless indicated otherwise.

  • The timeline for your project will be discussed during the introductory call. We will do our best to complete the project by this time. Projects that do not require custom orders are typically completed between 2-3 months.

  • Designer typically communicates weekly unless indicated otherwise. Designer will communicate during business hours.
